quiet evangelism

I told my followers to go into all the world and proclaim the good news of the gospel message. You refer to this as the Great Commission. Those with a special gift for this task are called evangelists, but the assignment is to every believer. Do you think that evangelism involves speaking only? Could it also involve listening? You need a receptive audience for evangelism to be effective. How eager are you to listen to people who won’t listen to you? It does no harm to the message of the gospel for you to listen to the stories of the people you encounter, and it may open the door for them to listen to your words of life.
