God wants His people to quit being so religious!

(James 1:27) Pure, unstained religion, according to God our Father, is to take care of orphans
and widows when they suffer and to remain uncorrupted by this world.

Holy Lord God, You have shared much with me about Your disdain for what religion does to people.  Here in James (Jacob) You define what is pure and unstained religion. Please comment on this.

Ben, religion is what people do to satisfy Me, to appease Me, to appease themselves.
As I have said before, I am not looking for people to be religious. I am looking for people, My people, to have a love relationship with Me! Oh that My people would quit being so religious!
I just want them to have fellowship with Me so that I can share My love and My blessings with them!
