Have you ever heard any prayers that could properly be described as speeches? Have you ever given any such prayers yourself? Did these seem to you as intimate encounters with me? The world is a noisy place, and those without understanding assume that without sound there is no activity. Yet in prayer Spirit can speak and spirit can listen with no audible sound. I invite you to a relationship of communion and abiding, and this is not consistent with monologues. Come into my presence without your prepared notes and you will find a rich and fulfilling experience. I speak in a still small voice. Give me a chance.

Lord help us to ask You what is on your heart ...thank You that You hear and answer our prayer even before we ask..

Thank you the mighty father for speaking the truth that is tought in this blog. I now really understand that prayer and speech are two different things. I am able to stand well on the solid ground which is Jesus Christ. I am no longer confused or ready to confuse others. No wonder many people complain that they are not getting answers from the Lord after praying. They might not be prayers but speeches. New Agers and Pharisses offer speeches that seems prayers to many listerners. Praise God.
