Blessed Holy Lord Jesus, I know that You have called us as soldiers in Your service, and that we will find spiritual disciplines to be more  beneficial than other disciplines we may practice. What spiritual disciplines should I pursue in my walk with You?

Ben, spending time with Me is My greatest desire. Continue to discipline yourself to come often into My presence. As you are learning, this produces many benefits. Beyond this basic approach, be assured that when you seek Me first, spending time with Me, that I will
share with you what you need for that moment in time. Remember, first things first. This applies to you and to all of My children.
