What is truth?

Blessed Holy Lord God, there is a saying that we can do nothing without You, and that You will do nothing without us.  What do You say about this saying?

Ben, there is both truth and fiction contained in the saying. While I do prefer to work through My people to achieve My desires, I can intercede directly in a matter when I so choose to do so. Why do people keep putting Me in their little boxes?  Oh that they would learn to come to Me so that I can share with them how I desire to accomplish things! Too many rely upon their religious backgrounds rather than upon Me. Pray that the eyes and ears of My people be opened to Me so that I can share the desires of My heart with them!

Lord, then what is the truth?
The truth is that you need Me to do that which counts for the Kingdom. Granted, you can do things, but those things that build up My Kingdom and glorify Me only come first through Me. So you see it is a partial truth. This is how religion flourishes. It takes a truth of mine, then modifies it to mean something else.
