Do your dreams make sense to you? If you think they are random thoughts then you will not take them seriously. Kings and others in the Bible knew that their dreams had meaning, even if they did not understand the meaning.
They sought out those who had the ability to interpret them. When they understood them they were willing to act on the revealed meaning. You have not because you ask not. You have only to ask to receive, but he who comes must believe that I reward those who seek. There is a strong Biblical basis for receiving spiritual guidance in your night visions, but you must overcome your cultural opposition to this. Seek and you will find.
