You read a map to find the roads for various destinations, and know that if you travel on that road you will eventually get to that place. This is a simple principle clearly understood by all, yet many people live their lives as if it were not true.For I have given you my word as a map for the roads that correspond to behaviors, and these also lead to destinations. Even though there is pleasure in sin for a season the end thereof is death. If you don’t want to go to the destination, don’t travel on the road that leads there. Strait and narrow is the way that leads to life. Follow me, for this is the only road I will lead you on.
