Question: My neck was stiff and out of place and I was thinking of going to a chiropractor. Having never been to a chiropractor, I did a bit of online research about chiropractic and found there was a fair amount of dissension concerning its effectiveness. Can you offer any guidance?

Have you ever thought you were healed - but the symptoms return? How do you hold onto the truth of your healing established in the spirit realm when the natural doesn't always line up? David Rocha, a Christian Leadership University graduate, brought our attention to Pete Cabrera Jr, a man that travels all over laying hands on people that need healing and they are healed. David actually contacted him to pray for his wife who was in pain with kidney stones and scheduled for surgery and the surgery was cancelled because of the healing. Praise God!

My husband and I attended the three week Leaders' School of Ministry in Toronto in 2008 and after sending for Dr. Mark Virkler’s DVD set and the books on “How to Hear God’s Voice,” in September 2009 I set up a 'Hearing God's Voice' group consisting of nine of our church members - eight ladies and one man.  Week by week we met together in our homes, watched the DVDs, followed the book and began to journal.  It has been wonderful to see how people have grown and developed such a lovely, intimate relationship with the Lord over that time.  It has been an amazing journey.

There Are Many Ways to Be Healed!

 “God has appointed in the church… miracles, then gifts of healings…”  (1 Cor. 12:28)

• Greek is: τρ πστις ν τ ατ πνεματι, λλ δ χαρσματα αμτων ν τ ν πνεματι
• Both are plural - χαρσματα & αμτων (charisms of healings)

I desire and prefer immediate miracles (see blog on Miracles – 7 Step Model). However, the Bible states that in addition to miracles, God has provided to us “gifts of healings” (both “gifts” and “healings” are plural in the Greek), which means there is a multiplicity of ways in which God can and will heal us in addition to providing an outright immediate miracle. God’s gifts are special enablements to perform various skills (i.e., Ex. 36:2-8; 1 Cor. 12:11; Col. 1:29; Gal. 2:8).
