We LOVE the fact that communion with God continues to spread worldwide, transforming lives! God is so good. The testimony below is the fruit of our dear friends, Pastor Don and his wife Myrna as they worked in Zimbabwe as missionaries. Pastor Christopher in Africa continues to teach the 4 Keys to Hearing God's Voice, as well as other courses to pastors and leaders throughout his region through the Zimbabwe Bible Institute. Below is a powerful testimony from one of his students!

In Isaiah 46:9-10 God declares things that are yet to be seen in the natural. “Remember the former things of old, for I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like Me, declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure.” God had a plan for the future even from ancient times. He declared things that were to happen there. He saw things that would be necessary for the fulfillment of his plan. Some of those things were you and me. 

We are entering into a very exciting time! If you are journaling, I’m quite sure you are hearing God tell you this. "He jealously desires the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us" (Jas. 4:5 NASB).   

Answer: When God speaks to us, through two-way journaling or any other way, He is offering us His potential blessing for our lives which we can receive if we embrace it, believe, speak and wait patiently for it, while following His instructions. It seems that the biggest battle we all fight is that these rhema words get attacked through the reasoning of our minds. The accuser comes through with the thought, "Did God really say...?" So when reason attacks faith, what am I to do? Which is to be allowed to rule in my heart? What does the Bible declare we receive through faith? What does the Bible declare we receive through reason? Let's see...

Faith is acting like it is so

When it doesn’t appear to be so

So that it will be so

Because it is so

(Mk. 11:22,23)

How do I write a message on the walls of my heart? What is the language of my heart? How do I engage in “heart prayers” rather than prayers from my head? Is there a difference?

I encounter people who have been in counseling for months or years to process their hurts and are still in pain! Or they have been praying for a miracle of healing, and it is still delayed. So I ask them to share with me what they have done, and listen to their story. Often I am able to help them see that they have NOT been using the language of the heart to heal their hearts. They have been using the language of their minds (logic and analytical reason). The heal the heart, we must use the language of the heart.
