Jesus' Side of the Tracks by Charity Kayembe

Mark Virkler's picture

Today my daughter Charity shares more of her journey from where she was and how she used to see things, and how God brought her to where she is now in regards to her relationship with Him, His angels, and the spirit realm.

I believe your heart will be touched by the Lord's words to her and you'll be challenged to move ever deeper and closer in your walk with Him.

Enjoy and be inspired!

Join Hundreds of Thousands Who've Taken This No-cost Constitution Course

Mark Virkler's picture

We are passing on to you the advertisement below which allows you to sign up for a free course on the Constitution of the United States. We believe strongly that our Constitution is being violated by many of our elected officials, and they are being allowed to get away with this because their constituents do not know the limits the Constitution imposes on them. This results in great danger to the future of our nation, a nation we are passing on to our children. So do not be ignorant. Know what the Constitution teaches. Hold your government officials accountable, or vote them out of office.

Those desiring may transfer credits from this course into CLU

Angels: Who's Your Daddy? by Charity Kayembe

Mark Virkler's picture

My daughter Charity has a very interesting post today. I don't think it's a topic many of us have ever spent a lot of time thinking about, but I believe you'll find that what she shares makes sense, and most importantly, is scripturally sound.

Enjoy this unique perspective and new way of looking at the Kingdom! And then ask the Lord for more of His understanding of family, too.

Be blessed!

My Confession of Who I Am in Christ

Mark Virkler's picture

I am loved! God loves me so much that even when I was a sinner, He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for me. The blood of Christ cleanses me and makes me just as if I had never sinned. God loves me in the midst of my imperfections and weakness. Therefore I come into agreement with my Father's view of myself, and I say, "I love myself, fully, totally, unconditionally; regardless of how well I perform. I am God's child. I am precious. I am precious enough that God sent Jesus to die on a cross for me! Amazing love! Amazing grace! I stand forgiven, cleansed, restored, healed and decked out in His beauty! I am amazing! I am beautiful. Thank you, Lord, for this wonderful grace that pours down upon me! I receive it. I say yes to it. I come into agreement with it. I am amazing. Thank you, Lord!"

The Family That Journals Together

Mark Virkler's picture

Just over three years ago I, Lisa Verbruggen, was introduced to hearing the Voice of God and knew right away that it was a gift I wanted to give my children.  I purchased the book for teens and we began going through it, simplifying it where needed for them.  We went through it twice and by the end they were all hearing God's voice as part of our morning devotion times. They receive so easily and readily.

One thing I have seen through their journaling is how much God desires to establish His great love for them.  I have also seen the security they experience resting in His love.   A few times in the last year after some challenging days for our family, I took the morning off to soak and journal with the children.  They received so much I was unable to give them at the time.  They can receive from their perfect Heavenly Father.

Initiative - Should I Take It? by Charity Kayembe

Mark Virkler's picture

My daughter Charity has an excellent word about Jesus' example for us. He lived out of divine initiative, doing only what He saw His Father do and heard His Father speak.

How can we make that work in our everyday life? What does it actually look like for us? Charity gets into all this and more and I trust you'll be blessed by the message she shares.

Enjoy!

Transition of a CLU Staff Member

Mark Virkler's picture

We are sad to see Dr. Karen King leave our CLU staff after 11 years of blessing our students with her service. However, we rejoice with her over the new season the Lord is bringing her into! Karen has started a church in Ohio, and as it has continued to flourish her pastoral responsibilities have become more demanding, making it difficult for her to continue on as a CLU instructor.

Seeing: Is It a Gift or a Skill? by Charity Kayembe

Mark Virkler's picture

My daughter Charity has some great thoughts about seeing in the spirit and hearing God's voice. Is the ability to sense the spirit a divinely-imparted gift bestowed on a few? Or is it a skill that we can all learn to cultivate and develop through time and practice?

You'll appreciate her word and I trust it will be a great encouragement to you to keep pressing in for all the Lord has for you.

Be blessed!
