Jesus, precious Lord, what would You share with me today for Your children?

Jesus, what word do You want me to share with others today?

Ben, let My people know that I can coming soon. I want them to be prepared for My arrival.
I will come as a thief in the night to snatch away My beloved bride! Rejoice, for I am

Jesus, some say there will be great revivals before You return. Others say little or nothing will happen. What do You say?

Today, I am sharing with you more on the subject of holiness, which came to me through Ray Broad,

I Peter 1:14-16 As obedient children, do not be shaped by the desires that used to influence you when you were ignorant. Instead, be holy in every aspect of your life, just as the one who called you is holy. For it is written, "You must be holy, because I am holy."

Lord God, I have heard little from the "pulpit" about being holy. What should we know about being holy?

James 2:12: Talk and act as people who are going to be judged by laws that bring freedom.

Lord, I was nudged to bring up this verse. What will You share with me on this?

(James 1:27) Pure, unstained religion, according to God our Father, is to take care of orphans
and widows when they suffer and to remain uncorrupted by this world.

Holy Lord God, You have shared much with me about Your disdain for what religion does to people.  Here in James (Jacob) You define what is pure and unstained religion. Please comment on this.

Ben, religion is what people do to satisfy Me, to appease Me, to appease themselves.

(James 1:25) However, the person who continues to study God's perfect teachings that make people free and who remains committed to them will be blessed. People like that don't merely listen and forget;  they actually do what God's teachings say.

Lord, Jesus, why should we spend time with You?

Jesus, when You say "seek My face", how do we do this?

Ben, seeking My face is spending time with Me. It is reading the Scriptures and letting Me speak to you through them. It is letting Me heal your hurts so that I can pour more and more of My love into you.  Again, it is spending time with Me. It is making you more like Me. Rejoice in the fact that I want you to seek My face. Rejoice, and again I say rejoice!
