This book is designed to be used in a 13-week new members' class of a church which is pursuing intimacy with the Holy Spirit. As people come to your church, they come with many different theological backgrounds and expectations as to what church ought to be like. It is crucial that you align these people's hearts and minds as they join the church, or they will end up pulling in many different directions and causing division.
Where This Book Will Take You
The purpose of this book is to introduce people to what a Spirit-anointed church looks like and acts like, and what it believes about the power of God. The chapters are short so that the one who is leading this class can easily enlarge upon a particular emphasis which their church has chosen to focus on. Since people have read the chapter before coming to class, the class time can be a time of life-giving discussion, rather than lecture.
Let's get everyone on the same page! Let's inspire them that they can lead supernatural lives, and get them started doing so! This is not your traditional newcomers' class. Rather than emphasizing "correct" doctrine and theology, it introduces the reader to intimacy with the Holy Spirit. A church that is intimate with the Holy Spirit is a church that is getting its people healed and empowered and creative and ready to change their communities.

Because of Covid-19, we have all been told to self-quarantine in our homes for a month. Wow! I am 68 and NEVER has our nation told us to do such a thing!
Some churches are not doing it. A church in Tampa last week held services, and the pastor was arrested.
God HAS given you a dream to fulfill in your lifetime. He has also given you a passion and love to pursue this dream. God gives dreams to each of us. Abraham's life-long dream was that God would bless the world through his descendants (Gen. 12:1-3), and God did!
