The first time I was exposed to Muscle Response Testing (MRT) was when Dr. Wendell Whitman tested me to discover which of my bodily organs were weak and stressed, and which were strong. I held out my right arm and "resisted" as Dr. Whitman pushed down on it, while simultaneously touching various points on my body. On several test points, my arm gave way and I had no resistance in it. It was as if someone had taken away all my strength. Then Dr. Whitman placed a few different herbs in my left hand while continuing to test my right arm for muscle strength. When we used the right herb to nutritionally support my body, my arm went strong again!
I couldn't believe it! My body was telling me where it was weak and exactly what it would take to make it strong again! I was so full of questions I could hardly contain myself. I kept Dr. Whitman up till 2:00 in the morning with the hundreds of questions I had for him. Over the next year, he trained me as a naturopath.

You will also discover how to judge or test things not specifically mentioned in the Bible. Since MRT is not specifically discussed in the Holy Scriptures, then what would be the standards we would use in evaluating MRT and determining if it was an acceptable practice for Christians to use? What approaches for testing are we NOT to use? The Pharisees had their standards for testing truth, and they were so faulty that they ended up attacking and killing Jesus, their Messiah! In this book we will explore both the standards to use as well as the standards we are not to use as we seek out truth. We surely do not desire to be pharisees, and reject the gifts and truths God is revealing to us, nor do we want to be mislead and fall into error. Thankfully, the Bible provides us with standards we are to use in judging things not specifically mentioned in the Bible.

Everyone delegates. Delegation is one way we can reduce the stress in our lives. I am amazed at how effectively my son and daughter-in-law delegate jobs to their children and how well my grandchildren do these jobs.
