Does it bother you when people get your name wrong? Do you feel the need to correct them or do you graciously respond to things obviously directed at you even if the person speaking gets your name wrong? It doesn’t take much discernment to know when it is an honest error or done with malicious intent. Do you know that people get my name wrong too? I still have other sheep who are not of this fold. They may be seeking me even if they get my name wrong. If you can be gracious and loving enough to accept people rather than rejecting them when they do this to you should you be surprised that I can do the same thing?

Disturbing

This post is disturbing. My prayer is that this will not lead anyone astray that our MightyKing and Messiah, could be known by any other name, than Jesus Christ, Yeshua.
Caution is proper
by Mark Virkler
The Bible clearly says that “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
I believe what the blog is saying is that, if anyone has a heart that is seeking, the Lord will respond to them, whatever they may call Him. But when they seek Him, He will reveal Jesus to them - whether through another person, the Scriptures, a dream, an angel, or a vision - and once Jesus is known, it is in His Name alone that we put our faith.
