Your Beauty Is As...

From Linda Burton – Mark, I appreciate the things you said in response to the Supreme Court rulings.  I too went down this other road and it did not leave me with the peace that the Scriptures talk about.  I was keeping my eyes on those things and I could not see Jesus.

I am grateful for this new way of living and viewing life. This way has life, the other way only held doubt, fear and death.  When I realized the other way may have a lot of truth in the facts, it could not tell you where to go, when to go, who to go with or how long to stay.  I knew I needed Jesus and I needed to hear His voice.  That is when I took a right turn and looked for Jesus in a totally new way.  I have found Him! Thank you for listening to Him and teaching us to hear Him also.

Here is my journaling response from your book, The Great Mystery page 27. 

Narnie, you are a picture of great beauty and your beauty is as the radiance of a sunrise.  It is as the beauty of a sunset.  It is as a flower fully open.  It is as the mountain streams.  Narnie, this is Me radiating out through you.  I give you a beauty that is alive and real, bursting with life from Me.  When you look at Me, I want you to see great beauty that has great power and majesty.  A power that radiates life and holiness.

But Narnie, I also want you to see the tenderness of a shepherd caring for the heavy ewe as she births her wee lamb.  As the lamb takes its first wobbly steps to seek its mother’s nourishing milk.  Narnie, I want you to see Me in action as I am full of life-giving love.  My love is full of richness and life, strength and power.  I want you to see this in Me, Narnie.  I love you.  You are worth everything it has taken for Me to win you.

Oh, Jesus, thank You!  I love You so much!  Holy Spirit, please open the eyes of my heart so that I may see Jesus like this and worship Him and follow Him in love and truth.
