I am healthier at age 60 than I was at age 40! That excites me. I want to share with you what I have learned in the last 18 years since I wrote the book Go Natural. I researched and wrote that first book on health when I was 40 years old because my body was beginning to break down. The truths I learned then improved my health and many others have written to tell me that it improved the quality of their health, as well.
Three years ago I was able to lose 60 pounds and keep all but 10 of it off for the last two years. Do I feel great! I have gotten down to the weight I had 40 years ago when I graduated from high school. I look younger; I feel younger; and as a teacher I am passionate to share with you the insights God has allowed me to see which have so radically improved my life, my health, and my entrance into those golden years.
Patti and I have explored health intensely for 40 years. We are both certified Naturopaths, and we have read hundreds of books on health, writing eight books of our own covering health and healing of the spirit, soul and body. We are zealous to maintain our health, and as teachers, we are passionate to share with you what we have learned as we have sorted through vast amounts of materials, grounded them in Scripture, sought revelation from the Holy Spirit, and tried them out on our own bodies to see how they worked for us.
We are now prepared to present to you the best of the best, in hopes that you can learn in a fraction of time what God has spent 40 years teaching us. As we are vibrantly healthy at age 60 we believe we have been able to prove in our own bodies that these principles work.

Isn't it time you focused on heath?
There is power in prayer and power in the prayer of blessing. When you pray and bless your food to bring strength to your body, that is exactly what happens. Since we know that Jesus laid hands on people as He ministered healing, you can place your hands in an arch around the edges of your plate of food as you pray for it, and this will send the energy of your body and the Holy Spirit within your body into the food. It is a way of pre-digesting the food and preparing it for maximum nourishment to your body. There is power in your hands, which is a reason you rub a hurt.

In July of 2015 I was doing assignments for the Communion with God course which I was taking with a Personal Spiritual Trainer and I received the following pictures:
I vividly remember many years ago I met a person for the first time and they wanted to tell me their life’s story, so I listened for 90 minutes as they described to me, in great detail, every nasty, hurtful thing that had ever been done to them. We relived together every second of every story. Talk about depression overload. I would never let a person do that today, because it is far too damaging to their life.
