Shipping Policy

Shipping of items is done either by FEDEX or USPS in the U.S. There are multiple shipping options for each shipper, so select whichever option suits your needs best. Orders outside of the U.S. will be sent by USPS International Priority.  Your shipment will be sent within 2 business days of your order being placed. Return Policy

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, YOU MAY RETURN THEM FOR AN EXCHANGE, CREDIT NOTE OR REFUND. YOU MUST FIRST CALL OR EMAIL  cwg@cwgministries.org TO OBTAIN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. THE ITEM(S) MUST BE IN ORIGINAL, RESALEABLE CONDITION  AND MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE DELIVERY.  RE-PACKAGE THEM FIRMLY WITHIN THE BOX OR PACKAGE YOU USE SO THAT THEY ARE NOT BEING TOSSED AROUND AND SUBJECT TO DAMAGE.
