The book was challenging my approach to healing prayer. The Lord spoke: ‘Michael, you are looking at your past approaches to healing and thinking they must be left behind, and you fear doing that. I am not asking you to leave them behind. I gave them to you. I built them into you and they now underlie your life and ministry. They are not to be left behind. They are to be built upon.” “I believe Your Word, Lord. I believe that Jesus ‘certamente llevo nuestros infermidades’ (Spanish: CERTAINLY took off of and away from us our sicknesses) in His death on the cross and in His resurrection. “That is CERTAINLY the turning point from death to life…CERTAINLY the Cornerstone…CERTAINLY the Foundation for everything concerning salvation and healing and wholeness; is it not?” “Yes. Michael, in the past you have received a revelation of the Prayer of Faith and it worked so well you have a hard time allowing Me to ‘add’ more experience to what you already have. “It is not like you think, Michael. You are thinking that healing prayer must be done the way you have learned through experience, or the way you are being taught now. You believe it is one or the other. However, while you are thinking it must be one way or the other, I am thinking both ways. I am not thinking one way “OR” the other but – one AND another joined.” (I paused. Those two conjunctions standing side-by-side in my mind, bolded. I was looking at them and clearly seeing them but thinking I didn’t understand what I was seeing…) “Yes…yes, you do understand…and you will understand. And I will give you My mind and I will make you understand by My Spirit if you will listen with love, caring for and nourishing the same things I love.” “I AM the Lord your God and I AM ONE. You have separated something that is not supposed to be separated. It is ONE. You have separated the Gifts of healing and miracles and faith from the Prayer of Faith when they are ONE SPIRIT. They flow together. They are ONE. All are contained in ONE faith. The same faith and anointing and Spirit I have given you that is ONE. “It is My Spirit alone Who ‘divides severally’ in flow and timing. It is not for you to ever see My works compartmentalized. That is your natural mind impeding My flow, and thereby, My Fullness.” “I’m sorry, Lord. Help me better understand how not to do that.” “You have seen outward evidences and judged those experiences erroneously. You have seen healing working in your life and ministry either by the Prayer of Faith ~OR~ the Gifts of the Spirit, separate from one another… as one OR the other. I want healing to work in you by the Prayer of Faith-AND-the Gifts of the Spirit at once.” (Pause…and a tremendous revelation of the difference between God’s AND and Michael’s OR. I could see the way that my OR was an impeding factor to God’s MORE…because more doesn’t come from OR, it comes from having something ADDED TO me.) “LISTEN, Michael. Hear Me.

“I don’t necessarily understand everything You’re telling me Lord…and I’m not going to say that I can see what all You have for me in the AND …which You obviously want to add to me… “But I see that, by faith, I can erase that OR that I see because you want it to be AND not OR. “You want me to have your AND. You want to guide me and add to me and increase me and make me know what it is like to have this-and-that instead of this-or-that. “I repent of that OR. I repent of dividing what You call ONE with my wrong analysis, or whatever. If it was ignorance or whatever, I don’t care. I just call it erased in Jesus Name. I call it replaced with the AND that You are speaking to me right now.” “I receive Your AND as something alive and powerful and capable to glorify Your Name. I release that AND to accomplish in me all Your will and purpose.” * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * “Well, Mark, I’ll leave to your imagination how I then left the computer and just got off into worship in the house alone.
