I received the email below from Jamil Thomas, a person who has translated several of our books into Urdu, and provided our teachings on radio in his nation. Though government agencies are sending aid, we all know that only a small percentage of that will actually reach the people. Maybe you are aware of the news that my country Pakistan has hit history's worst flooding. More than 1200 people have been killed and still many are missing. This is an emergency situation for many here on the ground. More than 1 million homes are smashed and 30 million people have lost everything and are still stuck in the water. The Internet and electricity are very fluctuating and 70% of the areas are out of service. (Note: As electricity is restored you will be able to view Jamil's website here.)
Crops are destroyed, and livestock is drowned and washed away in the water. The armed forces are rescuing the people and there is no dry land to keep them in tents. The situation is tragic, and these rescued people are in urgent need of help.

- Hygiene Kits (sanitizer, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair brushes, washing powder)
- Mosquito Nets
- Mosquito Lotion
- Clean water
- Cooked food
- Dry milk (for the children)
- Medicines (Diarrhea, temperature & Dengue fever)
