Gifts of the Spirit - Walk in Your Divine Giftedness

This post has been inspired and contributed to by Peter Wollensack, and his new, soon-to-be released book, "Discovering Your Spiritual DNA." Peter may be contacted here.

We all walk in amazing giftedness from our heavenly Father. Because of His great love for us He bestows multiple gifts upon us. He begins by endowing us with unique heart motivations at birth, then matures us so we become special gifts which minister life to others (1 Pet. 4:10), and on top of that He places the Holy Spirit within us, so that we always have direct access to Him and His resources to meet any need we face as we walk through life. Wow! What could be better than that? Nothing that I can think of. Let's briefly review these three aspects of giftedness.

Kingdom Relationships Release Kingdom Power - 36 "One Another" New Testament Commands

Mark Virkler's picture

We have learned in this blog that we must abide in kingdom emtions if we want to walk in kingdom power. Jesus moved by compassion healed (Matt. 14:14). All of life flows out of an intimate loving relationship with God and with others. Lyle Thomas, breaks the 36 "one another" commands in the New Testament down into 5 categories: honor, serve, encourage, build unity and don’t judge. As these five attitudes are expressed effectively from our hearts, kingdom power is released to heal and set others free (Isa. 61:1,3).

Teaming Up for Deliverance: A Prophet & Teacher Minister Together

Mark Virkler's picture

The audio recording below is an example of a prophet and a teacher teaming up to effectively and easily minister deliverance to a young man named Caleb. Jesus sent the disciples out in teams of two to minister, and Acts 13:1 specifically mentions prophets and teachers. So I believe that when I (as a teacher), team up and minister with a prophet, the ministry time is much more effective and quicker than when I try to minister alone.
