A Prophetic Word to the Church – Do NOT Forfeit Your Destiny!

The parallels between Israel forfeiting her destiny and the potential for the Church to forfeit her destiny are striking.

Israel	The Church
Israel’s Destiny: “The LORD your God is bringing you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive oil and honey; a land where you will eat food without scarcity, in which you will not lack anything (Deut. 8:7-10). "A land flowing with milk and honey…” (Ex. 13:5).	Church's Destiny: "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. These signs will accompany those who have believed: in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with new tongues; they will pick up serpents, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover" (Mk. 16:15,18). "Make disciples of all the nations" (Matt. 28:19,20).
The enemy is weakened: "Do not fear the people of the land, for they will be our prey. Their protection has been removed from them" (Num. 13:30).	The enemy is weakened: "Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, 'All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth'” (Matt. 28:18).
Promise to Israel: "The Lord is WITH us" (Num. 14:8, 9).	Promise to the Church: "I am WITH you always, even to the end of the age" (Matt. 28:20).
Israel’s choice: To believe in the power of the enemy or in the power of Almighty God. "The whole congregation said, 'Would that we had died in the land of Egypt! Or would that we had died in this wilderness!' God said: 'I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel, which they murmur against me. As truly as I live,' saith the LORD, 'as ye have spoken in mine ears, so will I do to you’” (Num. 14:27-28). (Destiny forfeited!!!)	Church's choice: To believe for the increase of evil (OR) "The government will rest on His shoulders; And His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace…The zeal of the LORD of hosts will accomplish this" (Isa. 9:7). God is pleading with the Church, “Do NOT forfeit your destiny as the nation of Israel did!”

I choose to believe that: God is WITH me. All authority has now been given over to Jesus and Jesus has sent me forth with that authority to manifest the Kingdom on earth. God’s zeal will accomplish the continuous growth of His Kingdom. I am seated with Christ in heavenly places, and have the power to rule and reign with Him (Eph. 2:6). Through prayer and action I release His Kingdom. I am a world-changer.

Jesus said, "Get equipped": "Stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high" (Lk. 24:49).

Christians discipling every aspect of all nations

Since there is no sacred/secular split (Ps. 24:1), every area God calls you to lead in (Deut. 28:12,14) is your ministry area. What is God asking you to fulfill? What area(s) has God called you to lead in? Are you pressing into these areas and not quitting until you have triumphed in Christ Jesus (2 Cor. 2:14)?

We shall never stop until we win! As the Church says "yes" to their destiny, we shall disciple all nations and God's enemies will become His footstool (Acts 2:35).
