Near My Heart Is Where I Want You – Journaling Prayer by LaWanda

LaWanda – ♪♪ “I enter the Holy of Holies.  I enter through the Blood of the Lamb.  I enter to worship You only.  I enter to honor I AM.  Lord, I worship you.  I worship you.  For your name is Holy, Holy, Lord.” ♪♪

O Jesus, how I thank you.  How I praise you for allowing me to enter into your sweet presence.  Thank you for shedding your blood for me, Lord, for allowing me to come near to you. Hide me in your holiness, Lord Jesus, for I have none of my own.

I see you, Lord, watching as Holy Spirit draws each one of your children near to you.  I don’t know how this can be but I KNOW that it is because your word says it. Thank you, Lord, that you are not a “far-off” God who keeps his distance.  Thank you that you want us near to you and that you provided the way for us to come to you.  O Jesus, how can we not worship you?  How can we not praise you?  How can we not love you?

Jesus – LaWanda, My dear one, My precious, precious one.  The compassion with which I saw those I healed when I was on the earth is the way I see all My children.  The love that burned for them burns for all.  It burns for YOU, dear one.  There was no need for Me to die, if relationship with My children was not possible - if relationship with you was not possible.  One would have been enough for Me to come, LaWanda.  Remember… I left the 99 for the one.  I left the 99 for you!

See Me now as the Shepherd, LaWanda, caring for My flock.  And as I count, I see that one is missing.  One has “strayed.”  I must go and find them.  Even as I did with you and Mike.  You both knew Me but had strayed from Me.  And when I found you, I carried you in My arms, close to My heart, until we got back to the flock.  There would be no way for you not to feel My love when I carried you this way, this close to My heart.  Everything else fades away when you are in My arms, close to My heart, dear one.  Remember this often and when you need rest, let Me carry you back to My heart.  I AM the Lord God Almighty who never faints or grows weary.  And near My heart is where I want you.
