May I share with you how I get news I feel I can trust?

Gallup Poll posed this question: How much trust and confidence do you have in the mass media - such as newspapers, TV, and radio - when it comes to reporting the news fully, accurately, and fairly – 1) a great deal (31%), a fair amount (33%), not very much or none at all (36%)? I am in the 36% that puts “No confidence” in public media.

I can suggest to you what I have done. I have established a free account on the number one news reporting app in the world, “X.com.” (https://x.com/).

The home page of your "X" account, which is also referred to as your "Home timeline," is populated primarily by posts from accounts you follow. To discover people you want to follow, use the search bar at the top of the X homepage or in the X app. Type in names, usernames, or keywords. For example, type in “Bill Johnson” and his name pops up along with a link that I click on that says “Follow.” After clicking on that link, it said “Following” and when Bill Johnson posts it will be fed into my “Home timeline” giving me up-to-date information from people whom I love and trust. Truly cool!

I love looking for short video links from them because I hear my favorite sources, speaking their minds in their own words. This means I am getting their ideas firsthand, rather than having gone through the filter of some newscaster. This is crucial to me!
