Reminder: We want to hear your stories!! You don’t have to be a writer, author, or anything like that to share a testimony. I’d love to hear and then share your favorite testimony of how God used you in someone else’s life. No story is insignificant. Any way God has used you to bless someone is extraordinary and we all need to hear about it. Please email your story to jbirkey@jessebirkey.com and I can get it out to uplift and encourage us all.
Now, here’s one more from my friend, Praying Medic. Make sure to pick up his book, My Craziest Adventures With God Volume 1
God is one who values and promotes choice rather than control.
It seems like it’s getting harder and harder for people to maintain an unbending position that God is in control of everything that happens in the world. To put it bluntly, it’s just so unreasonable for a myriad of reasons and we’re starting to accept it on a larger scale.
My guest story today is another one from my friend, Praying Medic. He’s a paramedic and has been for much longer than me. It’s amazing to hear about how God is using him as he serves the sick and injured. He’s an amazing example of how an ordinary person can live the extraordinary life of Jesus.
Books spilled against the wall and stacks of paper sat on the table daring someone to move them. The room’s distracted caretaker stood fidgeting with something on her finger while my partner tried to guide her to the stretcher.

The sanctuary was packed. Almost standing room only. It had been awhile since I’d sat in any church. We’re not members anywhere. My family and I mostly meet in homes with others but we still find ourselves within the traditional four walls from time to time. Sometimes led by God and sometimes just our own desire.
My guest story today is from Favour. She sends us this testimony from Nigeria. Never forget that all over the world lovers of Jesus are reflecting his heart and living the life he modeled regardless of who they are or what they circumstance. This is the life available to us all, the Life of Jesus.
Imagine you’re a kid. Two bright eyes looking out at the world while you’re face is plastered to the window like a suction cup. The golden rays of the sun fall on the emerald ya

FINALLY - A Spirit-Anointed Epistemology! A system of knowing for the Spirit-filled believer. A fresh moving of the Holy Spirit has been upon the Church of Jesus Christ for the last 100 years, since the Asuza Street Revival in 1902. In all that time the Spirit-filled community of believers (now numbering 27% of all Christendom), had yet to delineate an approach to learning which restored the Holy Spirit to His rightful place as the primary Teacher in our midst.
This book presents lamad (revelation-based learning) standards for teachers and curriculum writers. Lamad is a Hebrew word found in the Old Testament and it is translated "to teach" or "to learn." It is a kind of learning that involves the Holy Spirit granting divine revelation to the heart of man. Thus it goes beyond western rationalism as a learning methodology.
