It seems like it’s getting harder and harder for people to maintain an unbending position that God is in control of everything that happens in the world.  To put it bluntly, it’s just so unreasonable for a myriad of reasons and we’re starting to accept it on a larger scale. 

My guest story today is another one from my friend, Praying Medic.  He’s a paramedic and has been for much longer than me.  It’s amazing to hear about how God is using him as he serves the sick and injured.  He’s an amazing example of how an ordinary person can live the extraordinary life of Jesus. 

Books spilled against the wall and stacks of paper sat on the table daring someone to move them.  The room’s distracted caretaker stood fidgeting with something on her finger while my partner tried to guide her to the stretcher.

The sanctuary was packed.  Almost standing room only.  It had been awhile since I’d sat in any church.  We’re not members anywhere.  My family and I mostly meet in homes with others but we still find ourselves within the traditional four walls from time to time.  Sometimes led by God and sometimes just our own desire.   

My guest story today is from Favour.  She sends us this testimony from Nigeria.  Never forget that all over the world lovers of Jesus are reflecting his heart and living the life he modeled regardless of who they are or what they circumstance.  This is the life available to us all, the Life of Jesus.
