Naturally Supernatural
I’m in Chapter 8 of Naturally Supernatural and Chapter 5 of The Great Mystery, where there’s a vision/tuning-in exercise.
Even before I asked the Holy Spirit what He wished to show me, as I closed my eyes, I clearly heard the first strains of “He ain’t heavy, He’s my brother”.
Keeping my eyes on Him, He (Jesus) then explained this has two-fold meaning: meaning firstly, it is no burden at all to us, to carry His presence within; rather, it is the opposite. That is, complete freedom from stress, worry, and the world.
Carrying Him is actually Him carrying us… then He explained the second meaning was FOR us, vis-a-vis our other brothers and sisters, whether they yet know Him or not. It is no burden at all for us to stay buried each day, dying to self, and letting the Holy Spirit run the show.
People respond so WARMLY to Him, it lightens my day considerably. Holy Spirit is naturally generous, and patient (which I am NOT), thoughtful, and kind. When I see those qualities in my actions, and receive the positive responses from those I’m interceding for or physically assisting, instead of feeling pride, I feel praiseful… ours is a GOOD God.
He won’t even allow pride to carry us away once we start tuning to Him and sharing in His gifts and fruits. It’s just joy to joy, glory to glory, faith to faith.
I am so grateful for everything I have learned in these courses, a whole new huge wide world has opened up, including the very heavens themselves!
