Barb shares - I asked this question: “Lord, what do You want to speak to me concerning the lifestyle of abiding?”
I stilled myself by listening to the Sea of Galilee meditation. Jesus wasn’t on the beach though, but sitting cross-legged in a field beside the Sea (I can still picture the VIBRANCY); braiding a daisy chain, waiting for me. As I approach, He remained seated, legs crossed, and turns the chain into a circle, which He uses to crown me as I sit down beside him, welcomed by the whitest, widest, wildest smile I’ve ever seen. “Welcome Home” He says, and the grin gets impossibly bigger. He stands, grabs me, and starts doing “circle spinnies” with me (as I once did with my children at about the age I now seem to be, 4 or 5). A child now, I’m pure, clean, un-assaulted, un-hurt, just bubbling with love, so much it’s not containable “So don’t!” He says. “Don’t contain it! Share my love! Share my story! Share me and share yourself. The more you do the more the ‘We’ which is you and Me in you, abiding, grows.”
That was an hour ago and I’m still pulling revelation out of it…
