Unbelievable, isn’t it? I was taught drinking coffee was damaging to one’s health, so I didn’t drink it for most of my life. In recent years studies have proven the exact opposite.
In a moment I am going to refer you to an article by Life Extension which is a company I have followed for about forty years. I also purchase products from them every month.
400,000 healthy people aged 50-73 were tracked for 13 years, and their death rates compared to the general population. The result was that drinking 4-5 cups of coffee per day resulted in a 12-16 percent reduction in death rates as compared to the general population.
Why would this be so? This is because natural coffee beans contain more than 1,000 different compounds that could affect health and the risk of dying. So now Patti and I begin our day with coffee which we enjoy. It makes me wonder if everything I have been taught over my lifetime is wrong.

I consider this a wonderful, easy solution to gain valuable information on natural approaches to health care. Of course, I couple this with the revelation by the Holy Spirit as I ask Him to anoint my understanding as to any steps He would have me take to balance out my body.
