I made it back from the detox fasting retreat in Julian, with Millan Chessman. I got exactly what I went for...detoxification and cleansing with help from an expert in the area.
Millan's program is extensive and effective in such a short time to give me the fresh start I was hoping for. I was able to get away to a retreat while she prepared all the daily smoothies and made it easy for us to prepare our daily parasite/cleansing shake. It was a great program and I came home with lots of meal ideas.
The salad she sent us off with was delicious and perfect for eating before getting on the plane. I'm glad that Millan and this program were available at this point in my journey.
I had a private room and access to equipment to use throughout each day: sauna, total body vibration machine, zapper and more. I also learned so much from the other three women to continue on my journey to better health naturally. Lots of newfound resources and ideas for moving forward. Millan's daughters also served us and were such a blessing.
Meanwhile I'm implementing some new meals for our whole family and have high hopes of seeing them improve in health.
