Recently I was part of a phenomenal supernatural event. I had asked Jesus, “Lord, HOW can I help in the arena of spiritual warfare?” Four days later Jesus woke me up at 3:40 AM and immediately I was in the spirit, in the heavenly realm. He said, “Peg, I want you to command angels.”
Instantly I was wide awake! There was Jesus in ALL his GLORY! I’m talking Revelation chapter 1 kind of glory! In my vision I was transported to the sea of glass before the throne of God. And while the sea of glass is incredibly peaceful, it is really busy around the throne of God! Our Father is seated on His exquisite throne, and all around Him lightning, and thunderings, and voices, and the 24 elders, and the 4 beasts, and a rainbow. It is a veritable beehive of activity.
Jesus then brought my attention to the sea of angelic beings; Heavenly Hosts - The Lord’s Army. They stretched as far as eye could see. O, Glory! It was a breathtaking, spine-tingling, glorious site to behold! Suddenly I saw a vision of Jesus on the cross, saying he could call down 72,000 angels and walked off the cross. And my heart was overwhelmed, deeply feeling his LOVE for us. He said, “Peg, I want you to command* 72,000 times 1,000 angels to come to earth.” (I’m no math whiz but that sounds like 72 MILLION to me.) So I commanded them, exactly as Jesus instructed, saying only what he told me to say.
In a flash, he showed me millions of beams of light coming from heaven into the whole world; I could see them flooding the whole world, especially the South Western part of the United States. He said that this group of angels were specifically ministering spirits, sent to encourage and enlighten to the Body of Christ. That’s us! They will bring messages and dreams to deepen our understanding of the invisible realm so that we can rise up to our full spiritual potential and our spiritual warfare abilities. He showed me the body of Christ being sifted, and said now is the time to be hot or cold, there is no room for lukewarm. He said these ministering angels were specifically sent to his faithful ones; they were sent to deepen our understanding of the things of God because deep speaks to deep!
The next thing I knew I saw a vision of Daniel talking to a beautiful angelic being who appeared to him beside the great river in response to Daniel’s voice/ prayer. The angel spoke of war in the spirit realm on behalf of the children of God. Then the Lord said, “Peg, command a multitude of cherubim to go out and vanquish the powers of darkness!” And I did so, according to his word.
Immediately I saw a vision of the cherubim with the flaming sword guarding the garden of Eden. I felt that it did this so that fallen man (Adam and Eve) could not come back onto holy ground, Eden, which was consecrated by the Lord. He showed me that these cherubim are currently taking back what is OURS, and throwing out the usurpers, the lawless ones, who have no legal right to anything that belong to God’s children. These cherubim were also being called to action for our benefit, for the Lord has heard our cry.
The Lord was showing me Jehovah Sabaoth, Lord of Heavens armies in action, commanding spiritual warfare on OUR behalf! Jehovah Sabaoth denotes Jehovah’s universal sovereignty over every army, both spiritual and earthly. He stands against darkness and injustice when we call on His name. James 5:4 For listen! Hear the cries of the field workers whom you have cheated of their pay. The wages you held back cry out against you. The cries of those who harvest your fields have reached the ears of the LORD of Heaven’s Armies [Jehovah Sabaoth]. This worldwide evil going on has come to our Father’s attention through the prayerful petitions of His children. For He hears our prayers and answers them, like He is doing right now! Fear not, for this is the day of deliverance.
Every day since my close encounter of the angelic kind, I go into my prayer and meditation and refocus on these angelic beings, and the Lord shows me that they are still busy doing their thing for us, even at this very moment. So be of good cheer! The Lord is kicking some demonic rump on our behalf! I am sharing this encounter so that others might catch the VISION of our spiritual victory! Although it may take a short while to be made manifest in the natural realm, the wheels are in motion. And it shall come to pass in the Lord’s perfect time. I want to encourage all of us to praise God for how powerfully He is fighting for us in the unseen realm, and set our mind of steel on things above, where Christ sits at the right hand of the Father, not on things of this earth. All the answers lie in the heavenlies.
ASK the Lord, “HOW can I further Your Kingdom IN Earth today?” Speak out, take a stand as the Lord directs your heart. And always keep the MAIN THING the MAIN THING, God first and the rest will follow. It is time to take back our freedoms to openly speak God’s truth and to peaceably assemble in our houses of worship. NO one can afford to sit on their hands. The demons have their Goliaths all ready to go. BUT… we serve the Lord God Almighty, THE Omnipotent One, THE Lord of Sabaoth, Who has absolute Sovereignty over the entire Universe! Consider Elisha the prophet’s words to his servant, Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are greater than those who be with them. Amen!
