Ian Wilkinson is a Christian Leadership University student. Here is some journaling he just sent me. I feel it is prophetic.The meditation below is from 2 Kings 19. Read the chapter.
Godly leadership
Judah finally got good leadership, Hezekiah, and that set things in motion. Hezekiah sent messengers to the prophet Isaiah, seeking advice from the Lord. Isaiah spoke: 'Thus says the LORD, "Do not be afraid because of the words that you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me. "Behold, I will put a spirit in him so that he will hear a rumor and return to his own land. And I will make him fall by the sword in his own land."'" (2 Kgs. 19:7).
And it came to pass on a certain night that the angel of the Lord went out and killed in the camp of the Assyrians one hundred and eighty-five thousand; and when people arose early in the morning, there were the corpses—all dead. (2 Kgs. 19:35)
185,000 dead! and when Sennacherib returned to Assyria, he was murdered by two sons.
Something released angelic power. What was it?
- Hezekiah humbled himself
- He threw himself on the Lord with heartfelt passion
- He inquired of the Lord, by sending messengers to the prophet Isaiah.
- He waited for God to reply
- Isaiah made a declaration based on rhema (what God was speaking to him)
- Hezekiah believed the prophet - the rhema
- Declarations of faith released the ministers of God who watch over His word to perform it.
God really does control the governments of this earth
Even though Assyria was God's instrument, Assyria mocked God. God will not be mocked.
Do not be deceived and deluded and misled; God will not allow Himself to be sneered at (scorned, disdained, or mocked by mere pretensions or professions, or by His precepts being set aside.) [He inevitably deludes himself who attempts to delude God.] For whatever a man sows, that and that only is what he will reap. (Gal. 6:7 AMPC)
God speaks to Ian through two-way journaling
My patience is coming to an end concerning those who mock me. They harass my people. They slay the innocent. They sneer at me through their secret rites and rituals. They think I won’t take action and therefore defy me. They misunderstand my intentions because they have no love in their hearts. They don’t get it that I am not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. They don’t grasp that even though they hate me and have rejected me I still love them. But the day is coming and soon approaches that their mocking must be silenced. And I will do something they do not expect. I will do what I did to Sennacherib. I will get my people to cry out to me. I will release the rhema and my ekklesia will believe and stand in my word and angelic hosts will be released in numbers unheard of. One angel killed 185,000 men. Think what my hosts will do. The elites that mock me, have sown destruction and putrefaction. And they will reap what they have sown. They will reap the whirlwind. Prophets arise and declare my words. Ekklesia hear the word of the Lord and believe and stand fast. Stand and see the salvation of your God. I will deal with the deluded.
Prayer, journaling, Action
- Pray for President Trump that he will seek out the counsel of our nation's prophets, hear it, and abide by it.
- Pray for Trump's protection, for his heart to remain humble before God, and that God's destiny for Trump for these next four years is fulfilled in its entirety.
- Lord, what would you have me do to shine a light in the nation I am in and in the community I am in?
