To be a certified Lamad Group Facilitator one must have successfully completed the following two courses from Christian Leadership University: (www.cluonline.com/section4.htm). |
REN103 Communion With God - 3 credits ($308.89)
This course teaches you how to clearly hear God's voice, see divine vision and journal (write out what God is speaking to you), releasing within you the wisdom and understanding, counsel and might, knowledge and fear of the LORD that come with an intimate relationship with your God. [This course is also available on the graduate level - REN503 Communion With God Graduate - 4 credits ($399.88).]
MIN510 Experiencing God: Lamad Encounter Groups - 4 credits ($312.80)
Classes are to be times of experiencing God and sensing the transmission of the life flow of the precious Holy Spirit among the participants. They are to be much more than studies about God; they are to be experiences with God. This course will teach you how to make every class a time of encounter with the Holy Spirit where each one receives an impartation of His anointing.
Evaluation of Lamad Leadership Style:
Certified Encounter Group Facilitators are required to have their group evaluate them in the last week of the 12-week learning experience. These evaluation forms can be printed from www.cwgministries.org/LEGFacilitatorEvaluation. The facilitator is to read the evaluations of his group and pray over them, asking God to help him constantly improve his lamad leadership style as he teaches future groups.
